FIFA Code of Ethics — loyalty, neutrality, confidentiality, and conflicts of interest

FCE duties articles require persons bound by the Code to act with integrity, avoid conflicts of interest, protect confidentiality, and not misuse their position. Exam items test whether a fact pattern breaches a specific duty rather than a later offence article.

• Mapping Article 12 — FFAR into FCE duties instead of representation/ERG practice.
• Treating every conflict as automatically bribery without checking the duties provisions.
• Assuming confidentiality never yields to Ethics Committee / investigatory cooperation duties.
