Account data: email address, display name, avatar (provided during sign-up or via Google OAuth).
Profile data: exam session details (date, venue notes, language) stored with your profile, plus study preferences you set in-app.
Study progress: quiz answers, flashcard reviews, streak counts, and exam readiness scores.
Usage data: anonymised analytics (page views, feature usage) via Vercel Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and personalise the study platform.
To send transactional emails (for example password resets).
To improve the product through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

3. Data Storage & Processors

Supabase: database and authentication, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt).
Vercel: hosting and edge network.
Paddle: payment processing and subscription billing if/when paid plans are offered (card and billing details are handled by Paddle, not stored on our servers).

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at agent@playersagent.pro and we will respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use only functional cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
